Last Thursday, CPHS Bulldog Ballers (Exceptional Learners) played their last game of the season. With it being the last game, many students and family came to cheer the Ballers on. Some of these students were on the football team. Throughout the game, the ballers scored points and swapped out teammates. During halftime, the Exception Learning Cheerleaders gave a performance for the audience to see.
Adyson Graegin, an aid for the Exceptional Learners, was inspired by assisting the Ballers throughout the year.
“[Being an aid] was inspirational because they worked so hard throughout the season to get to their last game, and they all work really hard with everything they do in general. I felt so happy to see all of the players compete, especially the seniors since it was their last game. I’m super glad the two teams tied because it was a victory for everyone,” Graegin said.
