On February 11th, the fashion club hosted their 6th annual fashion show. Models wear both prom and after prom looks. Club members set up and decorated the runway. Members and models dressed up in designer prom dresses for the first segment of the fashion show. The models walked down the runway effortlessly while showing off their looks almost like they were at prom itself. For the second part of the show, the models changed into clothing from local boutiques to show how they would dress after the big dance.
The models dazzled the runway while having fun along the way. “Modeling for the fashion show was a great time. I have always wanted to be on the runway and show off the beautiful creations of designers,” freshman Jayla Miller said. “I met some incredible people and can’t wait to do it again next year.”
The fashion show club members put a lot of hard work and dedication into putting this fashion show together. From taking the time to find dress shops and help promote this club’s big event, the fashion club had a whirlwind of a time making this fashion show come to life.
Freshman Allison Wooters had a wonderful time modeling for the show because of the “supportive people all around her.” She also says that she has come into contact with many creative people that she would have not met if she did not join the fashion show.
