First, take your clear plastic cup, you will need your marshmallow fluff in this step. Take the back of a spoon, put the marshmallow fluff on it, and smear a little blob all around the inside of the cup in a variety of spots.
Then, take your sharpie, add eyes to the spots on the outside of the cup, and pour your chocolate milk into the cup slowly.
Lastly, top with your favorite toppings
such as a whipped cream swirl or chocolate drizzle, then you’re done!
