Delicious food soaks into our senses and creates unforgettable experiences and memories. Walking into Coppolillos for the first time, I was greeted by a warm and friendly ambiance. The light scent of garlic and sizzling steak mixed with a fresh, clean aroma all contributed to the unique atmosphere of what would be a memorable dining experience. The wood paneling on the ceiling, the bottle chandeliers, the open concept and a wood archway over the bar were perfect touches to tie in an elegant and sophisticated feel that Coppolillos has attempted to capture.
The food was delicious and definitely worth the extra money we splurged for this dinner. We started with the bacon-topped roasted brussel sprouts as an appetizer that was perfectly crispy and cheesy. Our main dish, Tortellini Carbonara, was prepared to perfection. Mixed with peas, cheese, bacon and a super creamy sauce that melts in your mouth, this dish truly was divine. Lastly, the crème brûlée, a staple for Italian restaurant desserts, was flawless. The sugar on top was perfectly melted, and the flavor was unbeatable.
Our waiter was impressively kind to us and our experience was overall quick and efficient amidst the crowded waiting room. Overall, Coppolillos was an excellent dining experience. While it is on the pricier side, it is a perfect spot for a special occasion, date night, or a fun family outing.
