Sophia Rivera, Staff

Sophia Rivera is a freshman at CPHS. This is Rivera’s first year on the Excalibur staff, but has been in yearbook for three years from being on the yearbook staff in middle school. Writing and journalism are her passions. Rivera’s admiration for writing started at a ripe age, and she likes to use journalism as a form of self-expression to tell her story. Rivera also loves to incorporate healthcare and fitness into her life. She believes it is important to take care of your body just as much as your mind. Rivera says active in sports and has always had an interest in health and wellness classes in school. Rivera plans on elevating this passion of hers into a career hoping to one day end up in the medical field.
