Sometimes you don’t need a reason to like anything, you just do. For senior Diyar Abdulhasn that’s how it is with nursing.
He plans on going to IUN to get a degree in nursing. After taking Mr. Elston’s DC Anatomy class junior year, it prompted him to take AP Bio senior year. It intrigued Abdulhasn to strive for a higher education in nursing.
However, he wasn’t always set on nursing. Originally he planned to go into psychology, but after seeing the amount of schooling it would take in order to obtain a psychology degree, he felt that nursing would be a better route.
Undecided about which exact field he is going into, he knows for sure that he will at least be able to help others on their journey to getting better.
