Dolly Parton, a 77-year-old icon, has recently released her 49th album, Rockstar, and needless to say it gained a lot of attention.
The album, which was released on November 17th, contains 30 songs; 9 of which are original songs, and 21 are covers of popular rock anthems.
She performed during halftime at the Thanksgiving football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Commanders.
The ‘9 to 5’ singer released the new album after being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in January of 2023. She felt that she wanted to truly earn her title, and she released a rock album to justify her induction.
Her project proved to be a success, as the album received a huge approval rate from fans.
Her collaboration with these famous rock artists gained popularity quickly and listeners are hooked to her amazing vocals.
