Since she was young, Mary Mumaugh (11) has loved expressing herself through creativity and leadership. Although she enjoys drawing, her passions extend to coaching soccer and exploring photography. Mumaugh finds inspiration in every aspect of life, from the excitement of the sports field to the quiet beauty of nature.
Balancing these diverse interests might be challenging at times, but Mumaugh weaves them together seamlessly. Her dedication to coaching not only helps her students improve but also builds her own leadership skills.
“I like coaching because it’s a really great environment, and I learn a lot about leading various groups,” Mumaugh said.
When she is not on the field, Mumaugh turns her attention to photography. Capturing vibrant sunsets, delicate flowers, and candid moments of her little sister playing outside brings her joy.
“I like to take pictures of nature, mostly sunsets and flowers, sometimes of my little sister if she’s playing outside,” Mumaugh said.
Looking toward the future, Mumaugh dreams of exploring new horizons and discovering beautiful places.
“I have always wanted to visit Switzerland because I think it’s really pretty,” Mumaugh said.
Mumaugh continues to embrace her love for art, sports, and photography capturing life’s moments one step at a time.
