The VEX Robotics team made it to their respective State Championships and won awards at numerous regional tournaments.
The First Team (2171) won the Team Spirit Award at the Mishawaka Regional Tournament and made the elimination rounds at both of their regional tournaments. They also competed at the state level with their robot for the first time since 2018. The 8 teams that comprise the VEX team (1233) made the elimination rounds at all 9 of their regional tournaments and 6 of the teams attended the State Tournament, where they finished as quarterfinalists.
Their awards throughout the season include 9 Regional Tournament Champion Awards, 3 Regional Robot Skills Champion Awards, 2 Regional Excellence Awards, 4 Regional Design Awards, 1 Regional Think Award, 2 Regional Judges Awards, 1 Signature Sportsmanship Award, and 1 Signature Energy Award. The team did this while attending 11 Regional Tournaments, 6 Signature Events, and, 2 State Championship Events, for a total of 31 Days of robot competition.
