On April 21, 2025, the theatre department had its annual theatre banquet. They announced the upcoming musical and play for the 2025-2026 school year. The musical will be the Wizard of Oz, and the play will be Argonauts: Jason and the Quest for the Golden Fleece. They also announced the summer show, which is The Jungle Book Kids.

Isabella Valenzuela is a junior at CPHS. This is Valenzuela’s third year on the Excalibur staff. Valenzuela is the Advanced Photo Editor for Excalibur Yearbook. Valenzuela appreciates the design and photography aspects of yearbook. She enjoys going to different games and taking photos. Outside of being in yearbook, Valenzuela is a part of Student Council, Key Club, Mock Trial, CASS, and manages wrestling.
