I have never been the biggest fan of Twenty Øne Piløts, but when I was invited by a group of friends to go to this concert, I could not say no. I am so happy I went because this experience was absolutely outstanding.
The show we went to was located at Tinley Park in Chicago, which is a nice venue for concerts. We sat in the lawn and had a great view with the additional screens around the stage. Considering I do not know much about the band or its history, I went into this concert rather clueless. Despite that, it was so exhilarating to be there. Seeing my friends having so much fun and being able to be there to see it and have my own fun as well was such a nice experience.
The concert itself was great, the music was played flawlessly and it matched the studio songs so well. The band was so energetic and interactive with the crowd, at some points even trusting the crowd to hold them up with stands. It was so interesting to see the way the band would get involved with the crowd.
As a person who loves concerts for the experience, it was undoubtedly worth going to this concert. Seeing how much the band loves performing and how excited and energetic the crowd was is so refreshing to see, and there were not many phones out from what I was able to see.
It was overall a really interesting concert to see and I would certainly go see Twenty Øne Piløts again if I ever got the chance in the future.
