Stefania Tillich, Excalibur Staff
Stefania Tillich is a freshman at Crown Point High School. This is Tillich’s first year on the yearbook staff following two years of being on Taft Middle School’s yearbook staff. Tillich enjoyed taking pictures and writing stories for the middle school yearbook and is excited to continue it here at the high school. Tillich participates in cheerleading and tennis for CPHS and loves to stay busy. No matter the activity, Stefania Tillich is excited to work hard and do her best on the CPHS yearbook staff.
Abbigail Conway, Website and Social Media Director
Abbigail Conway is a senior at Crown Point High School. This is Conway’s third year on staff. She is the Website and Social Media Director for Yearbook and Inklings Newspaper. Conway’s love for photography encouraged her to join photojournalism her freshman year, introducing her to yearbook and later Inklings. Conway works at Twisted Sugar as a mixologist. Outside of the journalism lab, Conway is actively involved in the school’s advanced orchestra, color guard, theatre’s pit orchestra, and is the orchestra’s music librarian.
Elyse Anderson, Photo Editor
Elyse Anderson is a junior at Crown Point High School. This is Anderson’s third year on the Excalibur staff, but this is her fourth year working on a yearbook, since she was on her middle school’s staff in 8th grade. Anderson is an outgoing person who joined because of her passion for writing and taking creative photos. Other than being on the yearbook staff, Anderson is an avid photographer who was hired to take pictures for a 2024 candidate for Congress in D.C. Outside of taking photos, Anderson also has a passion for flying planes and plans to get her pilot’s license in the near future. When Anderson graduates, she aspires to become a medical device representative.
Brian Clark, Excalibur Staff
Brian Clark is a senior at Crown Point High School. Though this is Clark’s first year working on the Excalibur yearbook team, he has over three years of family-taught experience with photography and filmmaking from his grandfather, who was the 1983-1987 mayor of Chicago’s personal photographer. Clark has been in track for six years and has played football for two. Before joining yearbook, Clark started his photography journey as a freelancer, taking pictures for Valparaiso University, Merrillville High School, Homewood-Flossmoor High School, Crown Point, and many more. Clark believes it is an amazing opportunity to capture a moment in action and for that moment to be immortalized for everyone to see. After school, Clark enjoys working out and improving his video editing skills.
