Girls Swim represents CPHS at IHSAA State Finals

Maggie Morse, Yohanna Calzoni, Bella Tufts, Grace Stimac, and Kaitlin Flewelling competed at IHSAA State Finals at IUPUI

The Crown Point team overall placed 15th at the State Finals meet with a total of 35 points. All attendees made notable placements at the event. Particularly, the relay team composed of Bella Tufts, Maggie Morse, Grace Stimac, and Kaitlin Flewelling placed 8th in their 200-yard Freestyle event with a time of 1:38:90, making it into the Championship Final. Makenna Carmichael
Makenna Carmichael is a junior at Crown Point High School. This is Carmichael’s second year on staff. Carmichael’s love for photography and writing drove her to join the yearbook staff. When not in yearbook, Carmichael enjoys performing with the school’s Color Guard, doing art in National Art Honor Society and Art Club, working with the theater’s publicity crew, and working at the Practically Magic Garden. Carmichael hopes to one day become a speech pathologist.
