Student Council puts on an event every year to support Lurie’s Children’s Hospital by providing money and raising support for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital to help make a difference for children in our local area. Student Council Junior President Sasha Trajkovski spoke on the importance of the event. “Dance Marathon is an opportunity to support Lurie Children’s Hospital by raising funds for their patients and families. As a non-profit medical center, they provide essential care to children in need, making our donations vital in ensuring they receive the best possible treatment. I heavily encourage students to sign up because it’s not only helping raise money for the hospital but also it’s a lot of fun getting to dance and have some fun with friends and other students!” Trajkovski said.
