Bulldog Rush 2023

With the start of a new school year, current members from clubs gathered in the athletic wing to welcome incoming freshmen at Bulldog Rush. Freshmen got a tour of the building and a chance to learn about some of the clubs that CPHS offers.

“We walked around and kinda explored the classes we’re going to have and learned the area. I was nervous a little bit but now it’s just going to be a new experience and I’m going to get to enjoy more things because it’s a lot bigger,” freshman Ben Monk said.

For some students, the high school was already familiar to an extent. When asked about the upcoming year, it was a mix of excitement and nervousness for many.

“I feel good. I’ve been coming here a lot this summer for different camps so I have gotten pretty used to the hallways. I’m excited but pretty anxious [to start school],” Alyce Nehrle (9) said.
