Cookie Dough Smoothie Bowl

Nutritious smoothie bowl

COOKIE DOUGH SMOOTHIE BOWL INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen Bananas
  • Peanut butter
  • Vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Splash of milk of choice (if needed to help the blender)

HOW TO MAKE A COOKIE DOUGH SMOOTHIE BOWL

In your blender, add 2 frozen bananas and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Add another tablespoon of peanut butter if you like more of that flavor.

Turn your blender on and blend until your smoothie is thick and creamy. Use your tamper to push the frozen fruit down towards the blades. If you don’t have a blender with a tamper, you might have to turn your blender off a few times and push the frozen fruit down towards the bottom of your blender. Add a splash of milk as needed.

Homemade Healthy cookie dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 cup nut butter, I prefer salted peanut butter or cashew butter.
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted (add more if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt if none in nut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used mini)

Instructions

  • 1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • 2. If too wet to roll into balls, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer. In the freezer, defrost for a few minutes before eating.

After all these steps are done, cookie dough is made and the bowl is ready. Either take your cookie dough, crumble it on top or make small cookie dough balls and put them into your bowl.
