Chuy’s Tex-Mex style restaurant, located in Clarksville, Indiana, sports a hectically fun atmosphere and an incredibly friendly staff. The staff of Crown Town Media took a pit stop at Chuy’s on our way down to the national journalism convention in Nashville, Tennessee. The Chuy’s environment is one built off of bright colors and energetic workers who make sure to greet you warmly at the door.

The Chuy’s food itself was very good. While their rice was a bit bland, their chicken and guacamole made up for it with intense flavor and phenomenal texture. The staff made sure that there was never an empty drink, promptly refilling each glass before they even had to be asked. Their chips were thin and crunchy, clearly made in house. Moreover, their cinnamon churros were truly delectable, with a crispy outer coat and a steaming center. Overall, the meals served at Chuy’s were a great experience in and of themselves.
Furthermore, the staff at Chuy’s was composed of a series of kindhearted and welcoming servers who cared deeply about the satisfaction of their customers. Workers here were quick, the service was incredible and all around the brief interactions with each staff member left one feeling recognized and welcomed. The staff here never failed to crack a joke or give a warm smile, all around greatly contributing to the incredible experience at Chuy’s.
“The staff was incredibly patient when handling so many students at once,” junior Danica Dommer said. “Their ability to modify orders and accommodate any customer needs was impressive.”
Overall, Chuy’s was a great experience that came highly recommended and should be regarded with respect. Between their hard working and well trained staff, their great food and their brightly welcoming environment, Chuy’s is definitely a wonderful spot for a meal.
